Biro Pengaduan Awam (BPA) mengendalikan aduan/maklum balas ke atas sistem penyampaian perkhidmatan awam seperti yang dinyatakan di laman web BPA.  Bagi aduan/maklum balas ke atas agensi swasta, aduan/maklum balas hendaklah dikemukakan terus kepada agensi swasta  tersebut ataupun agensi kerajaan yang mengawal selia agensi swasta berkenaan.
